Refunds & cancellation

What you are buying

Kashvi sells one-time credit packs, and a Pro plan billed monthly. Credits pay for AI work — a new app costs 3 credits, an edit 1 to 3 depending on the size of the project, and the studio shows the price before each run. A credit pack is a single charge and never renews; Pro renews every month until you cancel it. Credits never expire, including the ones Pro adds.

Unused credits — 7 days

If you change your mind, email hello@kashvi.dev within 7 days of your purchase and we refund the credits you have not spent, to your original payment method. No form, no reason required.

Credits already spent are not refundable: the AI work was done and paid for on our side the moment you ran it. What we can do instead is make that work right — see below.

When the platform fails you

These are ours to fix and they cost you nothing:

• A run that fails refunds its credits automatically — you do not have to ask.
• When our generated code breaks, the platform repairs it and those repair runs are free.
• If a platform failure consumed credits and the automatic refund missed it, email us and we restore them. Report it and we make it right — that is the deal on our fair billing page.

Cancellation

A credit pack has nothing to cancel. Pro can be cancelled at any time from Billing in your dashboard: it stays active until the end of the month you paid for, keeps the credits it added, and does not renew. You can stop using Kashvi at any time; your credits stay on your account, and your projects and code remain yours to download from the app.

To close your account entirely, email hello@kashvi.dev. Unused credits bought within the last 7 days are refunded with it.

How refunds reach you

Refunds go back to the original payment method through the payment provider used for the purchase. Once we approve one it is issued within 5 working days; how long your bank or card issuer then takes is up to them, typically another 5–10 days.
